Success Story - How Kevin Achieved His Homeownership Dream in Lake Mary, Florida

Every success story begins with a dream...

Today I say congratulations to my client Kevin, who just purchased his first home. He grew up in nearby Sanford and worked hard to achieve success in life. One goal Kevin had not achieved was homeownership. For many years, Kevin paid his rent on time and enjoyed his apartment and surroundings.

Some of them are truly distressed, but others are in great shape. The one we found for Kevin was immaculate, and best of all, in a great neighborhood.

We worked hard to get it. We were not the first party to look at the home. Plenty of other buyers wanted to get into the action to get this overlooked gem. Competition notwithstanding, we went to work and crafted the winning offer.

They did such a great job that WE CLOSED A WEEK EARLY. (Sorry for the All Caps, but a week early means light years for any Realtor 😁).
