Success story all the way from East Orlando!
It's time to share a success story with you...
I had the pleasure of meeting the Diaz family and upon finding out I was a Realtor, they expressed their goal to become homeowners in 2020.
They told me about what they wanted in a home. I told them about how I could make it happen.
They thought about the ideas we discussed and a few days later called me back... let's go find that house, they said.
We saw several properties within their preferred price point in East Orlando until we found the one.
I immediately wrote an offer and negotiated it with the seller's agent. My clients got the house!
They did everything their lender asked for quickly and timely. The lender, Best Mortgage Solutions, found a great loan with low interest for this family. Fast forward a few weeks, and closing time was upon us.

Now to the next picture... we are all smiles as well but you can't see them!
Because of Covid-19 concerns, the title company kindly asked that the buyers sign their documents in their car, so we all parked in front of the office. Yes, it almost felt like going through the drive-thru. Kudos to the team at Express Title for finding a creative way to make thing happen while keeping safe distance!
